Connecticut: Man Taking Photos Of Women In Target Dressing Room Sought By Police

South Windsor police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the man suspected of taking photos under dressing room doors at the Target store on Buckland Hills Drive Sunday evening.

Police say the suspect was spotted by store security photographing a woman who was changing in one of the dressing rooms, but he left the store before he could be stopped.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, about five feet nine inches tall with spiked brown hair.
