Pennsylvania: Police Charge Man With Exposing Himself At Target

A 29-year-old man was charged Wednesday with exposing himself at a Target in South Whitehall Township and the J.C. Penney in the Lehigh Valley Mall, according to court records.

Cory M. Hoyle of Walnutport was the man who allegedly exposed himself Dec. 19 at the Target and March 10 at the J.C. Penney, Whitehall police said. Two weeks ago, police asked for the public’s help in identifying the man, shown in surveillance photos as he walked out of the stores.

Hoyle was charged with two counts of indecent exposure and one count of indecent assault. He was arraigned by District Judge Rashid Santiago and sent to Lehigh County Jail under $20,000 bail.
